As a Data Engineer at ADS, ou'll be at the heart of Atea's transformation into "One Atea". With operations across the Nordics and Baltics, Atea is focused on creating a data platform to bolster operations throughout these regions. In this role, you'll dive into this thrilling transformation, facing both challenges and enjoying the journey. You'll be an integral part of a team dedicated to developing and enhancing the platform. Recognizing the importance of skill development, Atea offers ample training and certification opportunities.
Your tasks may include:
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and ETL processes in Microsoft Fabric.
- Implementing and maintaining Microsoft Common Data Model (CDM).
- Working with Microsoft Purview for metadata and data lineage.
- Monitoring and optimizing data management solutions for security, performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

To excel as a Data Engineer, we are looking for someone with experience in similar positions. We believe you are a curious and open-minded individual who thrives in an agile and dynamic work environment. You are interested in continuously improving processes and have the ability to collaborate successfully on team-based initiatives. Your ability to listen and identify the needs of stakeholders enables you to transform requirements into technical solutions. Finally, your passion for problem-solving and strong analytical ability drives you in your work.
To succeed in the role, we believe you:
- Have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Have + 5 years of experience working with the Microsoft Technology stack.
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in data management using tools like Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Dataverse, and Microsoft Purview.
- Skills in data modeling.
- Speak and write English fluently; Swedish language skills are a plus.
It is considered meritorious if you:
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Common Data Model (CDM).
- Have a good understanding of Data Governance.
