Your role
In this role you will have a close collaboration with global business stakeholders and Product Owners. It involves identifying business needs within customer EDI and ITSM integrations and helping to improve and automate processes. The role also includes task analysis, management, follow-up, and testing. Additionally, defining tasks for internal development and other internal teams is essential. Proactive participation and support for initiatives and internal projects are also central aspects of the role. Managing business-registered tasks, including support, configuration, and problem analysis, is another important aspect.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with global business stakeholders and Product Owners.
- To identify business needs within customer EDI and ITSM integrations and help improve and automate processes.
- Task analysis, management, follow up and testing.
- Task definition for internal development and other internal teams.
- Proactive participation and support for initiatives and internal projects.
- Business registered task management (support, configuration, problem analysis).
What we are looking for
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey technical and functional information.
- Solid understanding of XML with prior experience in software development or integration in a professional setting (minimum of 2 years).
- Familiarity with Business Analysis tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including working in Sprints, participation in daily standups.
- Experience in creating documentation, such as business requirements, process flows and process maps, data mapping and technical documentation.
- Ability to develop the technical and system design document for medium to high complexity project/application
- Valid permit to live and work in EU
Beneficial to have:
Experience with Postman, REST APIs.
