Business Analyst with focus on HR systems

As Business Analyst with focus on HR systems, you will be part of our Common Business Systems HR team working closely with the HR process owners. In this position you are a part of Atea Digital Services (ADS, our Group IT function). You will be responsible for the further development and optimization of CatalystOne, making sure the platform truly supports our people processes as well as adding value and efficiency to the business.

You will provide consultation to various stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide impact analysis and solutions. We are on a journey towards common systems in the Group and you will configure and develop best practice in how we should maintain and further develop the system. You will be part of a virtual team working with HR solutions and be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager for HR solutions. You will be involved in projects as well as application runtime management and solution improvement activities.

As we are still in the beginning of our corporate harmonization journey you will have the ability to influence ways of working and take part of an exciting digitalization journey ahead for our people processes.

You are:

  • A self-going person with the ability to get things done.
  • Reliable and delivers according to agreed deadlines.
  • Analytical with the ability to develop HR processes.
  • Flexible with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A true team-player, as you know that you succeed best as a team.
  • Fluet in English, bot talking and writing.

You have:

  • Deep knowledge in CatalystOne or similar HCM System
  • Experience from configurations in CatalystOne
  • Experience from working in a virtual team and with IT specialists from other areas.
  • An academic degree in an area that is relevant.
