How do I, as a new customer, purchase software and cloud services from Atea?

  • Organization number
How do I, as an existing Atea customer, purchase new software or new cloud services?

You can make new purchases of software and cloud services in Atea eShop if you have previously purchased cloud services through Atea Cloud Portal. Log in to your account to complete the order. If you do not have an account in eShop, you can apply for one here: Become a customer on Atea eShop. If you cannot find the software or cloud services you want, you can contact customer service via ateasoftware@atea.se and we will help you.

How do I extend existing agreements with additional cloud services?

You can extend existing cloud services in My Atea if you have previously purchased cloud services through Atea Cloud Portal. Log in to your account to complete the order. If you cannot find the cloud services you want, you can contact customer service via ateasoftware@atea.se and we will help you.
