How do I purchase toners for my printer with a service agreement when automatic toner delivery is not included?

You can purchase toners via this form Toner Order for our Printer (only in Swedish). Note that if you have agreed that toners should be sent automatically upon a toner alert, you should not order via this page. The package should be marked with the serial number and location unless otherwise is agreed.

How can I purchase consumables for my printer?

You can find product specifications for many printers in Atea eShop. On each product page, the specification is available and can be downloaded as a PDF. How do I know when my printer with a service agreement alerts?

When alerts occur depends on the printer model and the type of agreement you have. When the agreement was established, you should have received information about the alert level on your printer with a service agreement. Contact your agreement manager to find out what applies.

 

Order and Delivery

I want to change the delivery address for my printer order, how do I do that?

  • Order number for the order you want to change the address for
  • New delivery address

Note that once the order is received and confirmed by Atea, we cannot guarantee that we can change the delivery address.

How do I cancel my entire order for a printer with a service agreement?

How do I get help with repairing my printer?

I want to report transport damage to my printer, how do I do that?

  • Written description of the transport damage
  • A picture of the transport damage
  • Pictures of the inner and outer packaging
  • Comment on whether the damage was noted by the driver upon delivery

 

Agreements and Account

I want to move my printer, how do I do that?

It is important that you contact us so that we can help you with the move. This is to ensure that warranties and insurances are valid. Contact customer service via chat or kundtjanst@atea.se and we will help you. Please provide the following information so that we can handle your request quickly and securely: 

  • Serial number including model number
  • Contact person including email address and phone number
  • New street address including details (such as floor, room, etc.) for the printer's location
