I have questions about my invoice for consulting services, how can I get answers to them?

Contact Atea using the contact details listed at the top of your invoice (Prepared by, Phone, Email).

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

You can view and download your invoices by logging into My Atea.

 

I have questions about a payment reminder, interest invoice, or collection notice, how can I get answers to them?

You can view your invoices by logging into My Atea. If you do not get an answer to your question using My Atea, you can contact customer service via chat or kundtjanst@atea.se and we will help you. Please provide the following information so that we can handle your request quickly and securely:
